The victim in her complaint said that she was married to Shahzad Khan in 2018 and since then the process of harassment has been going on. He also has a four-year-old daughter and an 18-month-old son. In 2019, she returned to her mother’s home because of this harassment. A police report was also filed then, but after the persuasion of the Mahila Samiti, the patch was redone. The victim is currently living with her father. The victim filed a complaint against Kismat Khan Mohammad Khan, husband Shahzad Khan, Kismat Khan and two daughters-in-law at the police station.
