Options before the armed guerrilla war in the Sinai
– Submit individual letters of support from each rebel MLA to the Governor: The rebels of Chef Sina’s Moroccan Liberation Army, who are sitting in the Shinde camp, released a video message, unanimously declaring him their leader. MLAs residing at the Guwahati Hotel can exercise the option of submitting individual letters to the Governor of Maharashtra to demand their support for Shendi.
– Physical display of a stage for 37 MLAs to the rebels before the governor: All MLAs also have the option to physically present to the Governor in support of Shinde
– Resign MLAs to avoid disqualification if they are below the 2/3rd number: The government led by Udhav Thackeray has approached the Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives requesting the disqualification of 12 rebel MLAs from the Maharashtra State Assembly for not attending the party meeting on Wednesday. The MLAs who revolt against the Maharashtra-led Uddhav government can resign to avoid disqualification if things do not go their way and they fail to meet the required numbers.
– Integrating the Splinter Group with BJP: In order to avoid the Secession Prevention Act, the number of MLAs leaving the party must be two-thirds of the total power of the party in the legislature. The Anti-Dissension Law provides that MLAs who, after being elected to the list of a political party, can be disqualified if they “voluntarily renounce their party membership”.
Eknath Shinde who is currently laying claim to support 38 MLAs has obtained the required numbers regarding the Maharashtra caucus. MLAs have an open option to merge with the BJP which is currently the largest single party in the state.
The five main players
– Bhagat Singh Koshyari: Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari will make the decision to call for a ground test.
– Udhav Thackeray: The Maharashtra Chief has the responsibility to either resign or launch a counter-attack on the Shinde revolutionary in order to protect his government which is facing a grim situation on the stage and may be out of power.
– Aknath Shinde: It is the responsibility of the unanimously chosen rebel camp leader to maintain the cohesion of the camp and to demand the numbers required.
– Sharad Power: The NCP leader will spare no effort to stay in power. The strategist will look to create a disturbance in the camp of the rebel leaders and will make attempts to cause a flash in the accounts.
– Devendra Fadnavis: The former Maharashtra chief has been pulling the leads behind the scenes, but he will be wary of the counter from the Sena Coup.
