After a former corporator posted that we were with Shinde Saheb, several Yuva Sena office bearers in Ambernath responded to the post saying, “We are with loyal Shiv Sainiks Uddhav Thackeray and Aditya Thackeray.”

The Shiv Sena has ruled Badlapur, Ulhasnagar and Ambernath for the last 25 years. After the death of Anand Dighe, Eknath Shinde was the guardian of Thane district. However, after the mutiny by Eknath Shinde on Tuesday, tensions were high in all the three cities where the Shiv Sena has a stronghold.

Shiv Sena city chief Arvind Walekar group and MLA Dr. Ambernath. Balaji Kinikar The dispute between the two groups is universal. As Kinikar went with Shinde, Thackeray’s supporters were likely to express their anger against Kinikar. However, in reality no such incident has taken place in the city, but a former corporator from the East, who is a supporter of Eknath Shinde, had posted on social media, ‘We are with Shinde Saheb’. Responding to this, some office bearers of Yuvasena in the city responded to the post of former corporator of MLA Kinikar’s group that we are with loyal Shiv Sainiks Uddhav and Aditya Thackeray.

A large group of former corporators, including some from the west, former mayor Sunil Chaudhary and former deputy mayor Abdul Sheikh from the eastern group, have announced that they are with Eknath Shinde. It is being discussed whether the western group will go with Shinde. Therefore, in the face of the forthcoming municipal elections, there is a possibility of a big split between the local Shiv Sena and the office bearers.

Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde are both our leaders. After this incident, we visited both Matoshri and Thane yesterday. Therefore, we want both the leaders to come together and run the party properly.
