ICICI Prudential awards shares worth Rs 73,000 to employees as stock options | Image: ICICI (Representative)
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited on Friday granted 7,300 shares to employees as stock options, the company said through a stock exchange filing. The shares have a nominal value of R10, which will bring the total value to R73,000.
ICICI Prudential on February 21 announced that the company has acquired 2.03 per cent stake in LIC Housing Finance.
