Islamabad: (Web Desk) Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has filed an application to dismiss the case filed against him at the police station secretariat.
The application was filed by Imran Khan’s lawyer, Sardar Garji Khan Abid, at the Police Station Secretariat, Islamabad.
The petition alleged that the case was filed to tarnish the image of Tehreek-e-Insaf, which always believed in the rule of law.
The petition seeks to dismiss the case against me.
It should be noted that a case has been registered against Imran Khan under the provisions of attempt to murder and interference in government affairs and this case has been filed in the complaint of Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha.
A case was filed against Imran Khan due to a protest against the decision of the Election Commission.
