ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Finance Minister Muftah Ismail said Imran Khan left after planting an explosive device in the economy.
Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, he said the growth rate under Nawaz Sharif was 6.1 percent and the PTI government had moved it to negative.
The minister said that the PML-N had left inflation at 3.9 per cent and it is now at 13 per cent. “The country’s total debt from 1947 to 2018 was 25,000 billion rupees while the PTI government added 20,000 billion rupees to this debt in just three and a half years and did not return a single penny.”
He said the Prime Minister’s directive to reduce the price of a 10 kg flour packet from Rs 550 to Rs 400 during Ramadan was given approval at the Federal Cabinet meeting.
