Islamabad: Imran Khan’s arrest warrant has been suspended till March 16 in a case of threats against a woman judge.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan challenged the non-bailable arrest warrant issued in the case of intimidation of a woman judge in the court of District and Sessions Judge Islamabad.
Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim yesterday heard the case of threats against Judge Zeba Chaudhary. Imran Khan filed an immunity application. At which the court reserved the decision.
The civil judge, while pronouncing the reserved sentence, ordered the police to arrest and produce Imran Khan on March 29.
