The weather office in Karachi predicted that the mercury in port city Karachi could go up to 41 degree Celsius today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The weather office has predicted that high temperature will persist for the next two days in the provincial capital.

The health experts advised people not to go outside unnecessarily.

Temperature are likely to increase gradually in most parts of the country during the current week. Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very hot in upper Sindh and south Punjab.
