The Mumbai-Sindhudurg journey was made easier with the opening of Chippewa Airport. Until now, it was possible to book tickets by visiting the Air India site. However, since April 15, Air India has been acquired by Tata Air India and Air India has decided to stop booking Sindhudurg chips from its site. Alliance Air, a subsidiary of Air India, provides services from Mumbai to Chipi and back. But now that Air India has been taken over by Tata, the two companies have split. Therefore, booking of Sindhudurg-Mumbai flight has been started from the site of Alliance Air. At present, the website for air travel is www.allianceair.in and ticket booking is done on it, informed Sameer Kulkarni.
In addition, under the flight plan, 35 seats in the aircraft are reserved for which a ticket of Rs. 2425 is required. But subsequent ticket prices are available according to the company’s rates. The flight schedule has also changed. The flight will depart from Sindhudurg Airport at 9.55 am on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. 1.50 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The plane will leave.
