Extension of time for submission of application for caste validity certificate

April 30, application deadline
The application deadline for students with 12th Science subject in the current year will be from 1st to 30th April. The deadline for next year is July 1 to 30. Students seeking admission to vocational courses for which courses are subject to CET. Applicants with a validity certificate can apply from April 1 to June 30. 18 thousand 271 applications received
In the current year, Nagpur District Caste Certificate Committee has received 18 thousand 271 applications. Out of which 17 thousand 39 applications are valid and 214 applications are illegal. As 1 thousand 724 applicants did not meet the error in time, the caste certificate has been canceled and returned as per the rules. If the applicant is a Scheduled Caste, the ancestor of the applicant should reside in Nagpur district before 1950. If the applicant belongs to the category of Vimukta Jati and Nomadic Tribe, their ancestors must have resided in the district before 1961. Applicants from Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Classes must have resided in the district before 1967.
93.47 per cent cases settled
The Nagpur Committee has disposed of 93.47 per cent of the total cases in the current year. Also, the validated certificates have been sent to the applicant’s e-mail. If the validity certificate received by the applicant is not signed, the certificate should be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat app and saved and printed. In that case, the signature will be valid, it has been reported.
