rajesh kshirsagar: Shiv Sena has big gaps in the district; Rajesh Kshirsagar with Eknath Shinde – State planning board executive chairman Rajesh Kshirsagar also decided to go with Eknath Shinde MIGMG News

Gurubal Mali, Kolhapur

Rajesh Kshirsagar, executive chairman of the state planning board, has also decided to go with Eknath Shinde, leaving a huge gap for the army in the district. Following Minister of State Rajendra Yadravkar and MLA Prakash Abitkar, Kshirsagar also hailed Thackeray’s victory in Maharashtra. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena will take to the streets on Friday to support the party. (rajesh kshirsagar also decided to go with eknath shinde)

After Eknath Shinde revolted, two Shiv Sena MLAs from Kolhapur district went with him saying no. These included Abitkar and Yadravkar. Against this backdrop, five former Sena MLAs from the district were on a Goa tour. The leaders had revealed that the political quake in the state and the Goa tour were not linked. But it is now clear that there is no coincidence. It is understood that Kshirsagar went with Shinde as a part of that.

It is almost certain that BJP and Shinde faction will come to power in the state. Kshirsagar is currently the Executive Chairman of the State Planning Board. He is known as a staunch supporter of Shinde. If he stays with Thackeray and a new government comes to power in the state, his cabinet post may be jeopardized. As a result, even after waiting for two days, there is talk that he also preferred to go with Shinde. Kshirsagar has taken a different stance after talking to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray two days ago and promising to stay with the Sena.

Following Kshirsagar, four former MLAs from the district are also likely to join the Shinde faction. They include Chandradeep Narke, Sujit Minchekar, Ulhas Patil and Satyajit Patil. Although the entry of former MLAs has no political significance at present, there are signs that the next eight days will be marked by competition between different leaders to strengthen the new group.

Both MPs are with Sena

There is talk that many MPs from the state will also go with Shinde. Shiv Sena has two MPs in South Maharashtra. In it, Pvt. Sanjay Mandlik and Dhairyashil Mane. Both these MPs have been with the Chief Minister for two days on Varsha and Matoshri. So it seems very unlikely that these two will go with Shinde.
