Reference to Lahore High Court for recovery of Zain Qureshi’s father Shah Mehmood and other leaders
Lahore (92 News) – PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s son Zain Qureshi has approached the Lahore High Court for the recovery of his father and other leaders.
The position taken in the application is that Shah Mahmood Qureshi is being held in custody without reason, he was taken into police custody yesterday, they are not telling us where Shah Mahmood Qureshi is? It was requested that they be extracted and released.
Separate petitions will be filed in the Lahore High Court for the recovery of Azam Swati, Asad Umar and Walid Iqbal Centre.
The court fixed the petitions for hearing, Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhary will hear the petitions tomorrow.
