Nagpur. Eight members have been nominated by the Governor to the Academic Council of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, while the Vice-Chancellor has selected 10 members. The members are nominated by the Governor and Vice-Chancellor of the University under Section 32(3)(i) and Section 62 of the Maharashtra State Universities Act, 2016.
Among them Yashwant Katpatal, Head, Department of Architectural Engineering, VNIT, Sanjeev Vaidya, Indian Institute of Management, S.G. Maharashtra University of Animal Science and Fisheries, Dr. Ashutosh Murkute, Expert in the Department of Fruit Production-Fruit Science located at the Central Citrus Research Institute, Dr. Ananth Pandey, Member of the Institute of Engineers and Pramod Javandhia of Dantoli.
Similarly, Vice Chancellor Pvt. Dr. Subhash Choudhary, Principal, Rajkumar Kevalramani Girls College, Dr. Urmila Dabir, Principal, Sevadal Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Praveen Sharade, Principal, Dayanand Arya Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Kumar Shraddha Anil, Principal, J.M. College. B. Vikas Domene, BD College of Engineering Girish Thakre, Wardha, Principal, Vasantrao Kolhakar College of Arts, Wardha, Nitin Matankar, Principal, Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Lalit Khular, Principal, Sri Bijani City College, Sujith Metre, Principal, Priyadar Engineering College , Director Ramdas, Director of Atram Government Institute of Forensic Science was nominated.
