In Lahore, THB Global introduces smoke-free virtual hospital technologies

LAHORE: THB Global (Health Bank) unveils seamless virtual hospital technology and announces growth plans in Pakistan, at the 4th annual conference of the Pakistan Society of Internal Medicine (PSIM) in Lahore.
The annual conference of Pakistan Society of Internal Medicine (PSIM), presided over by Punjab Health Minister Prof. Dr. Javed Akram, THB Global (Health Bank) shared an exclusive overview of their cutting-edge virtual hospital technology and services and announced their partnerships and growth plans for the country and region.

The conference featured a panel discussion led by Dr. Suhail Chughtai (Med-Tech Chief Innovation Officer and Telehealth Strategist) exploring virtual home care and the way forward for chronic disease management at home.
He shared an overview of the latest technology. The panel consists of Kirsty Griffin (THB UAE Clinical Operations Manager), Prof. Dr. Bilal Ahmed (University of Rochester Medical Center), Prof. Dr. Farhan Essa Abdullah (Executive Director of Esa Laboratories and Diagnostic Center) and Assoc.
Prof. Dr. Somiya Iqtadar (Internal Medicine Specialist and General Secretary of PSIM) shed further light on the topic during a question and answer session.
This discussion focused on a revolutionary approach to Virtual Chronic Disease Management for patients at home using state-of-the-art remote monitoring technology. In addition, THB Global’s UK-trained Clinical Operations Manager gave an enlightening address on nursing care in medicine.
