The arrival of the sea lion on the busy highway, set an example of sympathy by the citizens

WASHINGTON: Americans set a high example of human compassion by rescuing a stray sea lion from speeding traffic on a busy highway.

Pictures of the incident in the US state of California are going viral on the micro-blogging website Twitter, in which two drivers can be seen controlling traffic on a busy highway so that the sea lion is not harmed.

A driver assisting a sea lion told the media that he was traveling on a busy highway in California when he suddenly saw something strange on the road.

The American citizen said that he could not believe his eyes how the sea lion got on such a busy highway.

U.S. citizens stopped vehicles, let sea lions cross the road and controlled traffic so that sea creatures would not be harmed.

After crossing the road, the animal welfare agency rescued the sea lion and released it safely into the sea.

Keep in mind that the innocence of a sea lion can be dangerous because sea creatures can cause deep wounds.
