Islamabad: Sessions court has granted non-bailable arrest for Imran Khan in the Tosha Khanna case.
The Tosha Khanna vs Imran Khan case was heard in the Islamabad Court. Election Commission lawyers Saad Hasan and Amjad Parvez appeared in court, while Imran Khan’s lawyer, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, appeared in court.
Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal ruled in the criminal case filed by the Election Commission and ordered the non-bailable arrest of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khanna case.
After the court’s decision, PTI workers stormed gate number three. On the occasion of the hearing, strict security measures were taken.
