RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s woes may mount. The Jharkhand High Court granted bail to Lalu in all fodder scam cases. But these days the Deogar treasury case is gaining momentum. A petition has been filed in CBI seeking enhancement of Lalu Punishment of Yadav. The partial hearing was held on Thursday. Now the next hearing date for this case is given after 4 weeks.

Let us tell you that if the decision is in favor of CBI then definitely Lalu Yadav may have to spend some more time in jail. He was sentenced to three years and should have been sentenced to seven and a half years, after which a petition was filed on behalf of the CBI.

A total of 6 persons including Lalu Prasad and Beck Julius were sentenced from 3 years to 6 years. The petition filed by the CBI states that due to the involvement of Lalu Prasad Yadav in this case, he should be sentenced to a maximum of seven years. It should be listened to. In this case, the court ordered the removal of the names of the two convicts, Phulchand Singh and R.K. ordered the removal of his name from this petition. Advocate PAS Pati appeared on behalf of the CBI.
