Islamabad Additional District Judge and Magistrate Zafar Iqbal on Saturday canceled the arrest warrants issued against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in the Toshahana case, media reported.
The decision was taken after the former prime minister marked his presence at the Islamabad Judicial Complex, where he was to be charged in the case, The Express Tribune reported.
The hearing was scheduled to take place on Saturday, but due to turbulence and chaos witnessed by police and PTI workers clashing outside the complex, the hearing was postponed to March 30, the statement said.
