Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that when judges enter our borders, then we too will ask questions.
Commenting on the policy statement in the National Assembly, League leader and Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that the Supreme Court raised some issues related to the Somoto case, its effects may have a negative impact on the future along with the present situation. The Supreme Court should sit and find a solution to this problem, ask different parties and give such a solution that will be feasible in the coming period.
According to Khawaja Asif, Nawaz Sharif’s government is violated by its termination, I don’t want to cross my limits, I don’t want to criticize, the good thing is that a nine-judge bench has been formed, this decision is not 9 judges but full. The court should listen, purpose court to decide after hearing the parties, the whole nation is affected by court decisions.
He said that I want to ask that there is a complaint that parliamentarians constantly criticize judges by name, why some judges are criticized and others are not? This is a question for the judiciary, why is it like this? When judges enter our borders, we will also ask questions.
Defense Minister Khawaja Asif further said that a question has also been raised whether the dissolution of 2 assemblies was done properly or not. It is not the job of the judiciary to rewrite the constitution, the way Article 63 is rewritten is its effect.
